This Agreement applies to all products and services provided by Runball.Runball service provider ("we") reminds you that in order to protect your rights, you must carefully read and thoroughly understand the terms of this agreement before using Runball products or services.If you have any questions, opinions or suggestions on this agreement, please contact us through the contact information provided in this agreement.After confirming that you fully understand and agree, you can use Runball's products or services.When you start using Runball's products  or services, you fully understand and agree to this agreement.In the process of reading this Agreement and using Runball's products or  services, if you do not agree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may immediately stop using Runball's products or services

This app needs to use geographic location when using Bluetooth. We promise to protect users' privacy and not collect users' geographic location information.  

Part I definition

Runball: Runball's product carrier (including APP/ website / official  account).

Runball service provider: refers to the network and software technology service provider of Runball, Zhuhai bazu Health Management Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies.

Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Agreement have the same meaning as those in Runball privacy policy.

Part II Service Agreement

1. Registration and use

（1） User qualification 

Please confirm that before you start the registration process to use the Runball service, you should have the civil capacity that is suitable for your behavior according to the laws of the people's Republic of China.If  you do not have the capacity for civil conduct corresponding to your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear the consequences in accordance with the law.In addition, you need to ensure that you are not the object of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and regulations imposed by any country, international organization or region.

（2） Account description

a. Account acquisition

After you have read and agreed to this Agreement and completed all the registration procedures as prompted, you can obtain a Runball account.

If Runball system judges that you have improperly registered or used your account, we can take measures such as blocking your account.

b. Account usage

You have the right to log in to Runball with the mobile phone number you set or confirmed ("account name") and the password you set (account name and password collectively referred to as "account").

Since your account is associated with your personal information, your account is limited to you.You have the right to use your account.We have ownership of the account.In use, you should not transfer the right of use in any way, nor embezzle other people's accounts in any form.The behavior  of the account will be regarded as the behavior of the registered user of the account. 

If the use of your account may endanger the security of your account and / or other users' information, we can take corresponding security measures.  

(3) Account security

Your account is set up for you and kept by you. We will not ask you to provide your account password at any time.We strongly recommend that you take good care of your account.For the losses and consequences caused by the disclosure of your account or the attack and fraud of others, you should recover from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.In addition, you should be responsible for all behavior results (including but not limited to publishing information and comments) under your account. 

(4) Daily maintenance

If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to Runball or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, we suggest that you inform us immediately and authorize us to take corresponding measures to protect your account information.Please understand that we need a reasonable time to take action on any of your requests, and actions taken at your request may not avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of infringement.

2. The provision, protection, guarantee and authorization of user information

（1） The provision and protection of user information

a. The authenticity, legality and update of information

When using Runball service, you need to provide your information (including your name, contact number, etc.) accurately and completely according to the prompts on the page.You understand and agree that you should provide true and valid information. 

In order to provide you with better service, you need to update the information you provide in time.In the case that the law clearly requires the platform service provider to verify the user's information, we will  check and verify according to law, and you are required to provide the latest, true, complete and effective information. 

If you do not provide the information in time, the information you provide is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial organs verify that the information you provide is invalid, you will bear the losses and consequences caused to yourself and others.We may send you an inquiry notice and require you to re authenticate until you suspend or terminate some or all of the Runball services provided to you.Please understand that in order to improve the efficiency of your certification, if the "name", "company" and "position" you fill in when you apply for certification are inconsistent with the information in the "certification data" you voluntarily submit, the system will adjust according to the certification data you voluntarily provide, so that the "name", "company" and "position" are consistent with the "certification data".

b. Protection of user information

Protecting user information is one of our basic principles.We will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the Runball privacy policy.If there is no specific provision on information protection in this agreement, the content of "Runball privacy policy" shall prevail. 

（2） Guarantee and authorization of user information 

a. Guarantee of user information

In order to maintain the Internet environment and protect the corresponding rights of the obligee, please declare and guarantee that you have the corresponding and legal rights to the information you publish.Otherwise, we can delete or block your information according to the law or this agreement, so as to reduce the impact caused by improper behavior. 

You should ensure that the information you publish does not include the following:

(1) Violating the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations;

(2) Feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigation of crime;

(3) Fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading;

(4) Infringing the intellectual property rights of others or involving the trade secrets and other exclusive rights of a third party;

(5) Insults, slanders, threats, involving other people's privacy, etc

(6) There are viruses, Trojans, crawlers and other malicious software and program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, affect the normal operation of Runball system or obtain the data and personal data of Runball and other users without authorization;

(7) Others that violate the public interest or public morality and are not suitable for publishing on Runball. 

b. Authorization of user information

For the text, picture, video, audio and other non personal information that you provide, publish and form in the use of Runball service except personal information, within the protection period stipulated by the law, you grant us the right to obtain the global exclusive license and re authorize to other third parties for use for free, and you can obtain evidence and bring a lawsuit against the third party's infringement in  your own name.Please confirm that you agree with us to store, use, copy, revise, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute your non personal information or make derivative works, and incorporate the above information into other works in known or future developed forms, media or technologies. 

In order to facilitate you to use other related services of Runball, please authorize us to transfer the information provided and formed during your account registration and use of Runball service to other related service providers, or obtain the information provided and formed during your registration and use of related services from other related service providers. 

3. Usage rules of Runball service

（1） In the process of using Runball's products or services, you should  abide by the following rules:

a. Abide by Chinese laws, regulations, administrative rules and normative documents;

b. Abide by the agreements, policies and other documents related to Runball service;

c. Runball service should not be used for any illegal or criminal purpose;

d. The legal rights of any third party shall not be infringed in any form;

e. We should not do anything that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.

For any text, picture, graphics, audio and / or video you upload to the Runball website or platform, or your other use behavior, we will reserve the right to supervise the content in accordance with laws and regulations. 

（2） Intellectual property clause

All kinds of past valid, current valid or upcoming rights related to Runball products or services provided by us belong to Runball service providers, including but not limited to patent rights, trademark rights, copyright and other intellectual property rights and related application rights.No one is allowed to use or create derivative works in any form or use them for any other commercial purpose without the written permission of Runball service provider. 

（3） User behavior breach and treatment

a. When using Runball's products or services, if you have any of the  following circumstances, it will be deemed as a breach of contract:

(1) Violating laws and regulations and other relevant provisions;

(2) Violating this agreement, Runball privacy policy, etc;

b. Please confirm that you are independently and fully liable for the use of Runball products or services.If you are in breach of the contract, the relevant state organs or institutions may bring a lawsuit, fine or take other sanctions against you, and ask us for assistance.In case of any damage (including but not limited to direct economic loss, goodwill loss, compensation, lawyer's fees, litigation costs and other indirect economic  losses), you shall bear full responsibility. 

In addition, we reserve the right to supervise your use and other behaviors.If you are complained or found to have breach of contract, in order to solve the problem in a timely manner and protect the legitimate rights of all parties, we can independently judge and take corresponding measures (including but not limited to deleting, blocking the relevant content or breaking the link, suspending or suspending the provision of services to you through technical means).<br />（4） Change, interruption and termination of services

a. Please understand and agree that the service content may be changed, or the service may be interrupted, suspended or terminated based on the adjustment of our business strategy.

b. In case of any of the following circumstances, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to you:

(1) According to laws and regulations, you should submit true information, but the information you provide is not true, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration, and can not provide reasonable proof.

(2) You are in violation of relevant laws and regulations, Runball privacy policy or this agreement.

(3) In accordance with the laws and regulations, the requirements of judicial organs or competent departments.

(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.

c. You have the responsibility to back up the data stored in the service.If your service is terminated, we have the right to permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.We have no obligation to provide or return the data to you after the service is suspended or terminated. 

（5） Information we may send

a. Please confirm that we may send or display advertisements or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you by ourselves or by a third party through SMS, e-mail or electronic information. The specific sending and display form, frequency and content of advertisements or other information shall be subject to the actual provision.If you don't want to receive these messages, you can choose to  unsubscribe on the device according to our relevant tips. 

b. We will carry out advertising business in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.As for the advertisements in Runball's products or  services, you should carefully judge their authenticity and reliability, and you should be responsible for the behaviors caused by the advertisements, except as clearly stipulated by law. 

c. We may issue service related announcements to you when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended due to system maintenance).You may not be able to cancel these service related announcements that are not promotional in nature. 

4. Force majeure and other exemptions 

（1） In the process of using Runball's products or services, we may  encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which will affect the products or services.Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that cause significant impact, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as war, turmoil, government behavior, etc.In case of the above situation, we will try our best to cooperate with the relevant units at the first time, and strive to deal with it in a timely manner, but the losses caused to you are exempted from liability within the scope permitted by law. 

（2） To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction, loss and other consequences caused by the following circumstances: 

a. by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs, hacker attacks.

b. your or our computer software, system, hardware and communication lines are faulty. 

c. By your improper operation or through illegal, unauthorized party. 

d. outdated program version, aging and / or compatibility of equipment, system instability. 

e. Other circumstances beyond our control or reasonably foreseeable. 

（3） In the process of using Runball service, we may encounter risks brought by network information or other user behaviors, and we may encounter other users' behaviors that damage their legitimate rights  (including but not limited to intellectual property rights). We do not promise or assume responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, applicability and legality of any information, nor do we create any infringement caused by user's infringementI'm responsible for the  damage.These risks include but are not limited to: 

a. anonymous or fake information containing threats, defamation, offensive or illegal content from others. 

b.Any psychological or physical injury or economic loss caused or likely to be caused by others' misleading, deceiving or other reasons.  

c. Other risks caused by network information or user behavior. 

（4） We can't promise or guarantee the content or service provided by the  third party relying on Runball. We are not liable for the direct, indirect, accidental, special and subsequent damages that may or will be caused by the content or service without promise or guarantee. 

（5） We have the right to deal with illegal content according to this agreement, which does not constitute our obligation or commitment. Please understand that due to the uncontrollability of user behavior, we can not guarantee to find illegal behavior in time or deal with it accordingly. 

（6） In any case, we strongly recommend that you do not trust loans, ask for passwords or other property related information.If property operation is involved, please verify the identity of the other party first. 

5. Minor clause 

If you are a minor, we require you to ask your parents or guardians to read this Agreement carefully and use our services with the consent of your parents or guardians. 

6. Application and change 

（1） Scope of application 

a. This agreement is applicable to all our services. 

b. Some services have their own specific rules or agreements, and the rules or agreements will have more specific instructions for the corresponding services. In case of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the rules or agreements for specific services, the rules or agreements shall prevail. 

c. Please note that this Agreement does not apply to services provided by other companies or individuals.Your use of such third party services is subject to its service agreement (not this Agreement), and you need to read its agreement carefully. 

（2） Change 

a. Without your explicit consent, we will not limit your rights under this agreement. 

b. For major changes (including but not limited to significant changes in our service model), we will also provide more significant notice.In such case, if you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by the amended agreement.If you do not accept the revised terms of the latest agreement, you can immediately stop using Runball service or cancel your account. 

7. Jurisdiction and legal application 

(1) The laws of the people's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong  Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall apply to the establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and any disputes arising from this agreement.If there are no relevant provisions in the law, refer to the business practice and / or industry practice. 

(2) Any dispute or dispute related to Runball service arising from your use of Runball products or services shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where  Zhuhai bazu Health Management Co., Ltd. is located. 

(3) The titles of all terms of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning in themselves, which can not be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement. 

(4) No matter for any reason, the terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms are still valid. 

8. How to contact us

(1) If you have any questions, opinions or suggestions on the contents of this Agreement; 

(2) If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about Runball's  products and services.
